Jake Paul Targeting UFC Debut

Jake Paul Targeting UFC Debut

It goes without saying that Jake Paul and Dana White’s history has been anything but cordial. After months of back-and-forth on social media, Dana White, president of the UFC, and infamously known as Jake Paul’s biggest hater is actually open to the idea of Jake fighting in his league.

Dana went on YouTube’s most notorious pranksters, the NELK Boy’s, ‘Full Send Podcast’ to discuss the topic:

“I never say never anymore.” – Dana White on Jake Paul’s potential future with the UFC , Full Send Podcast, 2022

Jake Paul MMA Debut

Dana isn’t the only one eyeing an implicit pen appearance for the youngish Paul family; Jake teased the idea himself on Twitter.

Jake Paul, in a tweet, revealed he’s interested in making his MMA debut at 185 pounds ( heavyweight). In this tweet, he also bashed Dana White and his league’s fighters. Also, Paul suggested a fight with Conor McGregor.

Is The Beef Over?

It’s unclear if Dana White will actually allow Jake to compete in the UFC after expressing that he is halting the back-and-forth with Jake Paul:

“I don’t even know the kid, at the end of the day. And you know what, to be honest with you, I’ll tell you right here right now; this is the last time you’ll hear me talk about him. I’m done with it.” – Dana White, on his future with Jake Paul, Full Send Podcast, 2022

At the end of the day, Dana White is a businessman and plutocrat addresses. Jake Paul would bring the UFC a new followership and massive PPV figures and Dana knows that. It’ll be intriguing to see their relationship develop if Jake is seriously considering a transition to MMA. For now, it looks like Dana is hopping off of the Jake Paul detest train.
